How The Betterment Fund Works

Micro Donations from Ticket Sales

Through our partnerships with event organizers on The Ticketing Co. platform, a small donation is added to each ticket sold. These micro donations collectively fund our essential community care programs:

  • Naloxone (Narcan) Training

  • Bystander Intervention & De-escalation

  • Consent Culture & Safety Trainings

This model enables fans to directly support the safety and well-being of their fellow attendees—automatically and effortlessly.

Direct Donations from Partners

Sponsors, partners, and individuals can contribute directly through our website. These flexible donations allow us to fund major long-term projects like:

  • Building classrooms in Southeast Asia

  • Supporting the Boredomfighters Foundation

  • Partnering with End Overdose and similar global health orgs

Whether you’re giving once or pledging long-term, your donation helps build safer, more educated, and more resilient communities.

Training Summits & Special Events

Our Betterment Summits bring together top experts and trainers to equip volunteers, event organizers, and partners with real-world tools. Past sessions have featured:

  • Naloxone (Narcan) Training
  • Consent Training
  • Bystander Intervention Training

These summits are how we scale our knowledge outward—empowering local leaders and grassroots teams with high-impact training.

Our next summit will feature event emergency safety and more!

Every contribution to the Betterment Fund fuels real-world projects that change lives, both on the dance floor and across the globe.
